1. Sign up or log in to your account

2. Navigate through the dashboard

With a single dashboard, you can create new certificates, manage them, and view certificate statistics, such as the number of certificates claimed, shared, or downloaded. You can also check the number of emails opened or clicked on. 

So the dashboard provides a bird's eye view of your entire collection of certificates and usage reports. 

Suppose you have multiple certificates, you can easily group them under the Certificate Collections option. Otherwise, the completed or in-progress certificates appear under Ungrouped Certificates

Further, click on the Active tab to find the unsent and saved certificates or the Draft tab to find auto-saved in-progress certificates.


3. Launch digital certificate creation

To begin, click Create new Certificate on the top right corner of your dashboard. This action opens the editing page:

Step 1: Enter basic details

  • Enter the Course Name, i.e., the certification or webinar name, etc. For instance, Certificate of Appreciation.
  • Select the name from the dropdown menu if you have already created an exclusive Certificate Collection on your dashboard
  • Upload your business or institute’s logo, if you have one, to add more authenticity
  • To boost your online visibility, we suggest you select the Enable option for the Social Media button so that your recipients can share their achievements online.
  • Does your certificate have an expiration date? Select or enter the date
  • Enter your business’ Website URL if applicable
  • You’re all set. Click on Continue to start designing your certificate


Step 2: Design your digital certificate

Need to create certificates in a jiffy? Choose from a wide range of pre-made certificate templates or create your own from scratch. gives you two such options: start with a blank canvas or use an existing template.

Step 3: Fine-tune your certificate

If you choose a pre-filled certificate template, you can fine-tune the design using the elements on the left pane of the editing page. Just select any element on your template, and edit the details on the right pane.

Optionally, if you choose to start with a blank canvas, select your desired elements on the left pane and start adding them to your canvas. You can add any number of text fields, a custom signature, your own backgrounds, pictures, custom shapes, and more.

Once you're done designing the certificate, click on Save to proceed.

4. Setup a campaign to send your digital certificate

You now have your digital certificate ready to be sent, but does the number of recipients overwhelm you? has a great solution for you.

Under the Campaign Setup option below Certificate Settings, you can find an auto-generated email with editable content. On the right pane under Email Content, you can edit the content, like the subject line and body. And under Style, you can choose one of three email appearance formats.

You now have a personalized email ready to be sent to your certificate awardees. Once done, click on Continue.

You can optionally create a social media campaign for Twitter, LinkedIn, or Facebook. This will help boost your online reputation, as makes it easy for your recipients to share their certifications online.

To enable this, enter the post details under Post Text and add your institute's or program’s hashtags for more reach. Click on Continue to proceed.

Worried about your certification being illegally forwarded or misused? auto-creates a unique Credential ID for every digital certificate in the final stage of the campaign setup:

5. We’re almost there - add your recipients 

It’s now time to send your certificates out by emailing each of them. You can send them at the click of a button, with zero email re-edits, and add recipients at once. 

Create a CSV file with recipients’ names and email addresses and upload it, or you can also add your recipients’ email addresses line by line by clicking on Add single.

6. Send your digital certificates in one click

Once you’ve added the recipients’ email addresses, click Send emails to send the certificate access email instantly.

Bonus step - Automate sending digital certificates integrates with Zapier to let you automate sending certificates as soon as your hosted event or a student program is finished. 

You can create a Zap on your Zapier account so that when an action (such as an event completion) is triggered, your completed certificates are automatically sent out to the designated list.
