Find the right plan for your needs

A template in your Virtualbadge.io account represents a complete certificate program. Within a credential template, you will define:

- The background image for the certificate or badge design
- The content for email communication social media settings
- A list of all recipients who have received certificates or badges from that template

For example, with a Pro account, you can have 5 different templates active simultaneously, allowing you to issue credentials for 5 different courses at the same time. Badge templates and certificate templates are counted separately.

We recommend using one template per course or program.

The number of credits indicates how many certificates or badges you can send during your current billing period. For example, if you have 2 different templates in your account and each template has 10 recipients, you will have used 20 credits.

Credential credits are valid only within your billing period (monthly or yearly). Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

Don't worry, you can start a 7-day free trial with any plan without being charged immediately. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. You can cancel the trial at any time to avoid starting a subscription.

If you cancel your subscription, any credentials already claimed by your recipients (or shared on social media) will remain valid. However, you will not be able to issue new credentials.

Please be cautious: If you delete your account, all associated data, including the issued credentials, will be permanently deleted from our system.
