"Certificates Issued" refers to the amount of certificates that you can send to your recipients. Each certificate issued equals one credit. Each certificate credit is consumed when an email address is added to a certificate. Your credits are restored by the end of each billing cycle according to your chosen plan. You can also scale your subscription up/down by each billing cycle.
The term “Certificate Designs” (or simply "Certificate Types") refers to the number of certificate designs that you can have simultaneously active in your account. Example: A Pro account allows you have 5 different Certificate Types simultaneously set to active, so you could issue certificates to 5 different courses at the same time.
You can add more credits to your account in your billing settings. Please upgrade your plan for more certificate designs.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time in your billing settings.

Once a certificate is set to active, it will remain active for an unlimited amount of time. As long as a certificate is active, it is consuming your account’s quota of available certificate types. You can pause your certificates at any time to restore your quota.
No, your recipients don't lose access to certificates that have already been created if you cancel your subscription. But if you cancel your subscription (or pause a course), new certificates from that course can not be issued.
Caution: If you delete your account, your issued certificates are also deleted.
