FAQs

What are “credentials” ?

The number of credentials indicates how many certificates or badges you can send during your current billing period. For example, if you have 2 different templates in your account and each template has 10 recipients, you will have used 20 credentials.

What happens to my unused credentials?

Credential credits are valid only within your billing period (monthly or yearly). Unused credentials do not roll over to the next billing period.

What I need is not part of any plan. Can we talk?

Do I get charged for the trial?

Don't worry, you can start a 7-day free trial with any plan without being charged immediately. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. You can cancel the trial at any time to avoid starting a subscription.

What is included in the trial? 

The trial period gives you access to all the plan's features and includes 25 credential credits. If you'd prefer, you can skip the trial period and unlock the full credit balance of your subscription.
‍

What happens to the credentials I have issued if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, any credentials already claimed by your recipients (or shared on social media) will remain valid. However, you will not be able to issue new credentials.

Please be cautious: If you delete your account, all associated data, including the issued credentials, will be permanently deleted from our system.
