FutureNext UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("us" or "we") respects the privacy of the parties using the app Virtualbadge.io, and the parties using the home page of which is located at https://admin.virtualbadge.io/. The home page and accompanying pages will collectively be known as "App".

This Privacy Policy is intended to educate you on our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of any Personal Information (defined below) and Anonymous Information (defined below) that you submit to us or that we collect through our App. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the definitions assigned to such terms set forth in our Terms of Use that you can find at Terms of Use and which incorporate this Privacy Policy.

User consent

When you submit any Personal Information through our App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the treatment of your Personal Information defined in this Privacy Policy. You cannot use those parts of the App, where a login is required, without giving your consent to this Privacy Policy.

We may collect Personal Information that you submit to us voluntarily through our App or submitted to any of our personnel.
We collect this information when you:
- Register, create, and edit a profile/users/a Virtual Badge campaign.
- Answer survey questions.
- Enter contests.
- Use certain features on the App.
- Submit information to any of our personnel.

The types of information you can choose to provide on our site may, without limitation, include:

- Name, birthday, age, username, password, email address, social media profile information, contact information, address, location, etc.
- Information relating to your devices, including device model, operating system, browser type, unique device identifier, IP address, mobile phone number, mobile network carrier, location, and event information (such as application installations) as needed by us or our third-party service providers.
- Other Personal Information you choose to provide.

Here is an expanded description of the types of personal information we may collect and how we may use it:

- Information you provide: We collect the information you provide through the app, our registration forms and other login-protected forms.. When you register or log in to your account, when we send a communication to you, or when you access, respond to, or decline to open communication from us, complete a form to communicate with us, or contacts us, we collect and store certain information about you such as your first and last name, title, street address, telephone number, company name, Virtual Badge campaign, email address, or other information uploaded by you (e.g. photos, texts, and other relevant background information). Your Personal Information will be kept confidential and will be used as needed to fulfill or respond to your inquiries, complete registration, and/or provide you with other App services.
- All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the App.  
- Information from other sources: We may receive information about you from publicly available and third-party databases, services that provide information about business people and companies.
- Information about the use of our services and products: When you register in our App, we receive and save certain pieces of information, such as the IP address of your device, your operating system, the type of Internet browser that you use, usage information, diagnostic information, and location information from or about the computers, phones, or other devices on which you access our Websites/App, preferences, and settings: time zone, language, and character size, time spent on a page, click through, clickstream data, queries made, search results selected, search history, date and time of your visit, the websites you visit within our service, the website from which you came if you visit our App via a link from a third party website, etc. We do this to improve our App and services.

We will only collect and use information that is necessary to comply with our legal obligations and assist us to administer our business and provide you with the services you request.

The service provider for data insights and page insights in general (such as keyword tracking and SEO analysis) is Google Analytics. Their privacy policies can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Legal compliance and security

It may be necessary by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence for us to disclose Personal Information, as well as other information as needed. We may also disclose Personal Information if we determine that doing so is necessary or appropriate for the purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance. We may also disclose Personal Information if we determine in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our rights and pursue available remedies, enforce our terms of use, investigate fraud, or protect our operations or customers.
